These terms cover your use of the AIPorter browser extension ("AIPorter"). By installing or using AIPorter you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use AIPorter. Questions: support@aiporter.pro.
1. What AIPorter does
AIPorter helps you move conversations between ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, export them to Markdown, and rewrite prompts with AI. AIPorter is an independent product. It isn't made, affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Groq, and it depends on their websites and services, which can change at any time. When a site changes, a feature may stop working until we update the extension.
2. Your account
You can try a limited free preview without an account. For more, you sign in with your email address and a one-time code sent to it. Keep access to that email account safe, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use AIPorter to break the law or the terms of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any other service;
- try to get around usage or device limits, for example with many accounts or by resetting the extension, share or resell license keys, or automate requests to our servers;
- reverse engineer, overload or attack our servers, or use AIPorter to create harmful or abusive content.
You're responsible for the content you send through AIPorter and for how you use AI-generated output. Optimized prompts are suggestions written by AI and may contain mistakes, so review them before you rely on them.
4. Free and paid plans
The free preview and the Free plan include limited daily use, as shown in the extension and on our website. Limits reset every day at midnight UTC. Pro and Team are paid plans billed monthly in Indian rupees or US dollars depending on your country, and they renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay, and taxes may be added where required. If we change prices, we'll tell you at least 14 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
Your plan is linked to the email address you pay with. We also email you a license key, which works only with that email address. Pro can be used on up to 2 devices and Team on up to 5. You can remove devices yourself in the extension. We may limit or suspend a plan that is shared beyond these limits.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime through the link in your payment receipt, or by emailing support@aiporter.pro from your account email. After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for and then moves to Free. You won't be charged again.
6. Refunds
- First payment: if AIPorter isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
- Service problems: if a paid feature doesn't work for a long period because of a problem on our side and we can't fix it, contact us and we'll refund the affected period.
- Renewals: other renewal payments aren't refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
7. Third-party services
AIPorter works with services run by other companies, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Groq, Google's Gemini API, Supabase, Resend, Razorpay and Polar. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for their availability or changes. How we handle your data is explained in the AIPorter Privacy Policy.
8. Our rights
AIPorter, its name, logo and code belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the extension under these terms. You keep all rights to your own content.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where reasonable. You can stop using AIPorter and ask us to delete your account at any time.
9. Disclaimers
AIPorter is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or work with every change made by the AI sites it supports. AI-generated text can be inaccurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of AIPorter. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in advance by email or in the extension if a change significantly affects you. If you keep using AIPorter after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live elsewhere, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your country.
